Q1: I have made my payment, when can I expect my items to be shipped?

A1: We appreciate your patience with us. After your payment has been completed, our warehouse will ship your package within 2-4 business days. For any urgent orders, please make a note and inform our customer service team as soon as possible. Q2: Can I modify the order information or cancel the order at anytime?

A2: Once the package has been marked as shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel the order, you have to contact us immediately after payment.

Q3: How to track my parcels?

Q4: Not satisfied after receiving your items?

A4: If you are entirely not satisfied after receiving your items, do not be in a rush to leave a negative comment, please let us try and make things right. Q5: How to process a return?

A5: If you are feeling unsatisfied with your order, we do offer a return service.  Contact us and ask for an address to return, do not send your items back to where your package was shipped form as our returns address may vary. The items must be unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging. There may be a returns fee.
